Built by an experienced team with a strong tech and real estate background, NoneAway aims to create a secure, reliable, and transparent real estate experience for Filipinos.
NoneAway is an AI-powered app designed for anyone involved in property transactions, whether you're a buyer, seller, renter, or real estate agent. It provides a simple, safe, and efficient way to handle property deals by connecting verified real estate professionals with potential buyers and renters. By using AI technology, NoneAway makes finding and listing properties a smoother and smarter process, helping users make confident decisions.
NoneAway was created by a team with deep experience in tech, e-commerce, and real estate. Here are some of the notable people behind the app:
- ER Rollan: Founder and CEO of Growsari, an e-commerce platform for small businesses in the Philippines.
- Paulo Campos: Co-founder and former CEO of Zalora, a leading fashion e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia.
- Ray Alimurung: Former CEO of Lazada, a major e-commerce company in Southeast Asia.
- Jani Rautiainen: Co-founder of PropertyGuru, a popular real estate platform in Asia, and now an advisor and investor in NoneAway.
How NoneAway Is Transforming Property Transactions
At the core of NoneAway’s mission is the desire to use technology to make property transactions smarter and more secure. The app leverages AI to help users navigate the real estate market with ease, whether they're browsing listings, comparing properties, or interacting with verified agents.
Here are some key features of the NoneAway app:
Easy Search and Listings: The app makes it easy to search for properties based on your preferences. Real estate professionals can also list properties quickly, with no duplicates, ensuring an organized and reliable platform.
Verified Agents Only: NoneAway aims to eliminate the over 120,000 unlicensed agents reportedly operating in the Philippines, creating a safe space for both buyers and sellers.
Smart Recommendations: Using AI, the app can suggest properties that match user preferences, making the search process faster and more accurate.
The name “NoneAway” is inspired by the term “one-away,” which licensed brokers use to describe unlicensed middlemen. The app is designed to remove these “one-aways,” creating a more direct and trustworthy experience for users.
Supported by Leading Investors
NoneAway’s mission has attracted significant support, raising over $1 million in pre-seed funding from major investors, including Forge Ventures, Wavemaker Partners, Kaya Founders Ventures, and Vulpes. According to CEO Gonzalez, this funding will allow NoneAway to grow quickly and bring meaningful change to the real estate industry in the Philippines.
How to Get Early Access
Starting November 11, licensed real estate professionals can sign up for early access at noneaway.com. Additionally, a beta version of the app will be available on December 12, 2024 giving property owners and real estate professionals exclusive access to list their properties ahead of the public launch. NoneAway operates a no-duplicate listing policy, so the first verified listing of each property will be the one displayed on the app.
