The Galaxy Z Fold 5 addresses some of its previous flaws from the Galaxy Fold 4. Particularly, it introduces a new hinge design that allows the device to close completely, removing any annoying gaps. This enhancement contributes to a thinner and lighter overall design.

The Galaxy Z Fold 5 features a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x main display and a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x cover display that provide wide and seamless viewing with peak brightness increased by more than 30%, up to 1,750 nits, for an enhanced viewing experience outdoors.

The Galaxy Z Fold 5 is powered by the latest flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform, which enhances graphics and uses AI to enable dynamic gaming and multi-game functionality. It also comes with 12GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of internal storage.

In terms of battery, Similar to last year's model, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is equipped with a 4,400mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging.

The camera configuration remains the same, with a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 10-megapixel 3x telephoto lens, a 10-megapixel camera on the cover display, and a 4-megapixel under-display camera on the main panel.
